I love The Biggest Loser!  It is such an inspirational show...I have lost like 4 pounds-since starting my own weight loss program, not quite as much as those guys but nonetheless working towards my goal. I am even more involved after tonight when Amy voted Brady off and start to break up the most annoying and obnoxious alliance ever!  I must sound like a nut, but I can't help but love this show!  Dan and I were practically yelling at the TV...hey, I watch college football with him :)  Hopefully Heba, Ed, and Vicki get voted off next, in that order.  Did anyone else notice in the preview for next week what Vicki put on Amy's door?  Something about revenge...come on now.  Can't wait to see what happens.  My vote is for Colleen to win the whole thing!!!

My "biggest loser" competition is not going so well. I'm pretty sure I have gained the 4 lbs you lost and then some. Ugh. But I'm going to run the London Marathon in April... so that will help me get into shape when I get home. For now, I just can't resist the swiss chocolate... or the german chocolate... or the french chocolate... well - you get the idea. Love you!

Pretty sure if you lost as much weight as they did, you'd dwindle into nothingness.

I'm *trying* to lose weight (and by trying, I just mean... not gaining any) for the wedding, but I don't own a scale. I'm more of "how do these jeans fit on me?" or "I can visibly see a roll appearing on my back..." I'm not getting fatter, so does that count?

Random comment to an old post: we're doing a biggest loser competition at work. You get points for being active and eating healthy, drinking lots of water, etc. My focus right now is on my 10,000 steps :) and cardio for 30 minutes (once i stop getting sick).
